Assessment of Hungary's complience with conditions to access EU Funds

K-Monitor, together with Amnesty International Hungary, Eötvös Károly Institute, the Hungarian Civil
Liberties Union, the Hungarian Helsinki Committee, and Transparency International Hungary has re-assessed the compliance with the 17 conditionality measures, the 27 super milestones under the RRP, and further, rule of law related milestones under the RRP that were due to have been complied with by the end of the third quarter of 2023 as per the deadline the Hungarian government has set itself, and the compliance with the horizontal enabling condition “3. Effective application and implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights” in the 4 areas identified by the Commission.
